世界女童軍協會
The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS)
世界女童軍協會(WAGGGS簡稱世協)是國際女童軍機構的正式代表機構。她由153個會員機構(MOs)組成，分成五大區：非洲、亞拉伯、亞洲太平洋、歐洲及西半球。世協現有超過一千萬名會員，是全球最大為女孩及青年婦女服務的義務團體。
通過她的會員機構，世協為女孩及青年婦女提供一個高質素的非正規教育活動，包括生活技能、領導才能、管治及決策能力的培訓。
The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) is the official umbrella organization for the national Girl Guide and Girl Scout organizations. it comprises more than 153 Member Organizations (MOs), which are organized into five regions i.e. Africa, Arab, Asia Pacific, Europe and Western Hemisphere. Altogether, WAGGGS has approximately 10 million members and is the largest voluntary movement dedicated to empowering girls and young women in the world.
Through its MOs, WAGGGS provides girls and young women with a high quality non-formal educational programme, including training in life skills, leadership, governance and decision making.

世界女童軍協會亞太之友
1999年由卞柱仙博士創立亞太之友是由志趣相投、有愛心的獨立人士或企業為亞太區提供財政支援，以確保女孩及青年婦女能盡展潛能成為有責任感的世界公民。
支持亞太區，提供難得的機會 / 活動 / 培訓項目給予區內女孩及青年婦女，亦支援新加入亞太區的會員機構。
會員大會是亞太之友會員之正式會議。每3年舉行一次，而每次均會為工作小組選出6名委員，負責處理3年內之行政工作。
每次會員大會均會宣佈下次會議的主辦單位。大會提供機會讓不同國家的會員交流意見、分享經驗及享受旅遊樂趣。
Our background
Friends of Asia Pacific WAGGGS (FAPW)
Founded in 1999 by Dato’ Dr Juseon Byun. Friends are like-minded, caring individuals or corporations who provide financial support to the AP Region to ensure girls and young women develop their fullest potential as responsible citizens of the world.
Supports the AP Region to provide incredible opportunities, programmes, training and events for girls and young women in the region. Supports new countries joining AP Region.
A General Assembly is the official meeting of members of FAPW. A General Assembly is held once every three years at which a Working Group, consisting of six people, is elected to administer the FAPW for the coming three years.
At each General Assembly, the location of the next General Assembly will be announced, which as far as possible shall be in a different country. Each General Assembly provides opportunity to meet members from other countries, exchange ideas, share experiences and enjoy travel in that country.
亞太之友-香港區的成立
亞太之友(香港區)成立於2001年，由第一任的地區聯絡人，徐蔡慕慈女士帶領一群女童軍友好組成起來，而馬寶娜女士(Mrs Ruby Master)亦熱心推廣，經過徐蔡慕慈女士多年來的積極推動，會員人數慢慢遞增。2024年會員人數已超過三百多名。
Establishment of FAPW Hong Kong
The very first Country Coordinator of Hong Kong, Mrs Anna Chui, led a group of Guiding friends to form FAPW Hong Kong in 2001. Mrs Ruby Master pushed the plan enthusiastically. Whereupon, Mrs Anna Chui promoted energetically, the membership increased gradually. We are over 300 members in 2024.
目的
透過推介世界女童軍協會亞太區之友，招募更多香港區會員，盡力支持香港女童軍及亞太區；為女孩及年青女性提供更多機會發展領導才能。
Objective
By promoting the Friends of Asia Pacific WAGGGS , we will recruit more Hong Kong members and try our best to support the Hong Kong Girl Guides and the Asia Pacific Region; and provide more opportunities for girls and young women to develop their leadership skills.

亞太之友由30多個國家超過3,000名會員組成，大家共同分享核心信念，幫助區內女孩及青年婦女發展潛能。
FAPW is made up of over 3000 Friends across more than 30 countries. All share the core belief of enabling girls throughout the AP Region to reach their full potential.

亞太之友歡迎所有認同世界女童軍協會的願景及使命之個別人士加入。並願意捐贈相當於80英鎊或以上的款項。
總共有9個捐款級別，根據個人意願（如有疑問可向我們查詢） 捐獻後，可成為終生會員。
CAN I JOIN?
Friends of Asia Pacific WAGGGS is open to any individual who supports the Vision and Mission of WAGGGS and who donates £80 or more towards the Asia, Pacific Region.
There are 8 levels of which are based on your lifetime giving (Ask us if you’re not sure), so once you’re eligible for one of our levels, you can be a Friend for life!

YOUR CONTRIBUTION WILL:

Assist countries which are working towards membership of WAGGGS.

新一屆執行委員會已於5月17日周年會員大會中選出。由佘徐瑞蘭繼任地區聯絡人，秘書由梁慧敏出任，財政由蘇羽文出任。
The new term of Committee Members were elected at Annual Membership Gerenal Meeting on 17th May. Winnie She extends her term to be Country Coordinator. Selina So and Pauline Leung will be Secretary and Treasurer repersentative.

FAPW Giving Levels
There are 9 levels, all of which are based on your lifetime giving, so once you're eligible for one of our levels, you can be a Friend for life!
To join, donate the amount for your chosen level. To upgrade, pay the difference between your current level and new level.

世界女童軍協會亞太之友設計了三個特別獎項，以感謝長期支持亞太之友並捐款超過主捐獻者之會員。
FAPW WAGGGS AWARDS
Friends of Asia Pacific WAGGGS (FAPW) have created 3 very special awards in appreciation of continued donations beyond the membership level of Major Donor.
亞太之友銀獎及證書是頒給累積捐款超過英鎊3,000 (港幣$33,000)之會員。
The FAPW Silver Award Pin and certificate are presented to members whose cumulative donations total more than £3000 (HKD33,000).
亞太之友金獎及證書是頒給累積捐款超過英鎊5,000 (港幣$55,000)之會員。
The FAPW Gold Award Pin and certificate are presented to members whose cumulative donations total more than £5000 (HKD55,000).
亞太之友鑽石獎及證書是頒給累積捐款超過英鎊7,000 (港幣$77,000)之會員。
The FAPW Diamond Award Pin and certificate are presented to members whose cumulative donations total more than £7,000 (HKD77,000).
亞太之友三個奬項，銀奬、金奬及鑽石奬並不納入9個會員級別之中，而是作為對會員慷慨捐獻之認同及感激。奬項將於每3年舉行一次的亞太之友會員大會上頒發。
The FAPW Silver Award, FAPW Gold Award and FAPW Diamond Award are not membership levels but recognition and appreciation of the generosity of our members. The Awards will be presented at the FAPW General Assembly every 3 years.
卞柱仙領導能力基金
於2019年啟動以慶祝亞太之友成立20周年，並以創辦人卞柱仙博士命名。支持地區培訓工作坊，尤其培養管治及領導才能，例如青年婦女在地區會議前活動。為青年婦女提供500-2,000英鎊資助，讓她們的領導及決策能力得以付諸行動。支持者捐款後即可獲「卞柱仙領導能力基金支持者」布章一枚。
Juseon Byun Leadership Fund
Launched in 2019 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of FAPW and named after Dato’ Dr Juseon Byun, the Founder of Friends.
Supports regional training workshops specifically to nurture governance & leadership skills e.g. Young women pre-Regional Conference event. Provides grants ranging from GBP500-2000 to young women to put their leadership and decision-making skills into action. Supporter making donation will receive the “Juseon Byun Leadership Fund Supporter’ cloth badge.

水晶會員奬勵計劃

世界女童軍協會亞太之友 - 香港 現正招募十八歲以下的女童軍加入成為「水晶級別會員」，故特設「水晶會員獎勵計劃」。
「水晶會員獎勵計劃」由熱心人士贊助捐款金額，支持女童軍成為「水晶級別會員」。女童軍只需完成獎勵計劃中的各項挑戰（包括推動「世界女童軍協會」倡議之可持續發展議題），即可獲得「水晶級別 會員」會籍獎勵。該計劃旨在鼓勵女童軍成為倡導小先鋒，傳承「一日女童軍、一生女童軍」的服務社會精神。
為使領袖對計劃更清晰及了解，以便推介給女童軍，支持她們完成目標並在有需要時為她們提供協助，工作小組將安排一次網上「水晶會員計劃簡介會」，內容將會提供一個「懶人包」簡報，提供計劃開展步驟，解答疑問及查詢。

慶祝世界女童軍協會亞太之友之銀禧紀念日。這活動將向我們的捐助者和成員致敬，他們在過去 25 年裡投入了大量的時間、精力和資源，以確保亞太之友的成功。我們還將表彰全年獲得新會員、歡迎升級會員以及組織創新籌款活動的亞太之友國家和地區。
To celebrate FAPW Silver Anniversary. This special occasion will honor our donors and members who have devoted so much of their time, energy, and resources to ensuring FAPW’s success over the past 25 years. We will also recognise the FAPW Country Chapters that have gained new members, welcomed upgrading members, and organised innovative fundraising events throughout the year.

水晶會員獎勵計劃鼓勵 18 歲以下的女童軍，透過完成促進社區服務和提高全球問題意識的任務，來獲得水晶級會員資格。它還為亞太之友籌款，支持亞太地區女童軍的發展和培訓計劃。
Crystal Member Rewards Programme is encourage Girl Guides under 18 years old to achieve Crystal Level Membership by completing tasks that promote community service and raise awareness of global issues. It also serves as a fundraiser for FAPW, supporting development and training programs for Girl Guides and Girl Scouts in the Asia Pacific Region.

慶祝世界女童軍協會亞太之友成立25周年 – 香港區會員聚會 (碧溪莊度假營)
The 25th Anniversary of FAPW - FAPW Hong Kong Friends’ Gathering (Beas River over-night camp)
11-12 January 2025
是次活動有32 位會員參加兩日一夜碧溪莊度假營，另有 40 位朋友參加日間營活動。這場聚會舉辦了一系列充滿活力的活動，慶祝友誼、文化和亞太之友成立 25 周年。
32 Friends participating in the overnight camp and an additional 40 Friends joining for the day camp activities. The gathering featured a vibrant mix of activities celebrating friendship, culture, and the 25th Anniversary of FAPW.

馬來西亞彭亨蘇丹東姑阿茲莎阿米娜殿下是亞太之友贊助人，她盡心盡力，透過她的專業意見支持大會，並多次出席亞太之友所舉辦的活動。
Her Majesty Queen Azizah Iskandar of Pahang, Malaysia is the patron of Friends of Asia Pacific WAGGGS. She contributes her time and expertise to supporting our wonderful cause and regularly attends our regional events and gatherings.

Dato' Dr Juseon Byun (Korean) was the Chairman of the Asia Pacific Committee years ago. In 1999, she organized a friends group to enable membership donations to be used to support the work of the Asia Pacific Committee. It is named as "Friends Of Asia Pacific".
世界女童軍協會亞太之友工作小組（2023-2026）FAPW Working Group (2023-2026)
亞太之友工作小組的任務是提升會員人數及推廣亞太之友的活動。於每3年舉行一次之會員大會中選出6名委員，任期為3年。
The significant role of the FAPW Working Group is to promote membership and work of the FAPW. During each General Assembly of the FAPW, a Working Group of six members are elected for a three year term.

At the General Assembly members voted the highest score of “Team” to be the new Executive Committee. Members will vote at the General Assembly and the “Team” with highest score will be the new Executive Committee

The Executive Committee will consist of 1 Country Coordinator, 1 Honorary Secretary, 1 Honorary Treasurer

The current Committee will appoint 1 Honorary Auditor and, if needed, Ad Hoc Committee members.

The term is 3 years.
